• Flexible Itinerary: Our programs are designed with flexibility in mind. The sequence of island visits and timing are approximate and may be modified without prior notice to accommodate tide levels, local weather conditions, and safety protocols.

• Weather Policy: Tours operate rain or shine. In the event of extreme weather (such as a storm warning or government-mandated pier closure), the tour may be canceled for safety. In such cases, we offer a full refund or a free date change.

• Arrival & Pick-up: Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Our drivers manage multiple pick-ups, and late arrivals may result in missing the transfer.

• Dietary Requirements: We provide a variety of meal options. If you require a Vegetarian, Vegan, or Gluten-Free meal, please notify us at least 24 hours before your departure.

• Environment & Conservation: We practice "Save the Nature" tourism. Guests are strictly prohibited from feeding fish, touching coral reefs, or collecting shells/sand from the National Park.

• Personal Belongings: While we take great care of our guests, we recommend not bringing expensive jewelry or irreplaceable items. Please use a waterproof bag for cameras and smartphones.

• Health & Safety: For safety reasons, this tour is not recommended for seniors over 70, pregnant women, children under 1 year, or people with heart disease, asthma, or back/neck injuries.

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before the tour date: Full refund.
• Cancellations made 3–7 days before the tour date: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows: No refund.
